I run Exchange 2010 and use a dedicated 2008 R2 machine to administer it. It has the Exchange 2010 Management Tools installed. In EMC when I use the Tools > Tracking Log Explorer > [put in search criteria] > Next I get the following error: === Message Tracking Results === Exchange server "AdministrationConsole.MyCompany.com" was not found. No results === The Troubleshooting Assistant is looking at the administration PC as the Exchange server, instead of the Exchange server. The main EMC program works fine. How do I point Troubleshooting Assistant to the Exchange server? I did a look through the registry and didn't find a key. I've searched Google with the error and didn't see anything. Any tips? I woudln't worry about it.
